Mr. Kessler is a General Partner and the CFO at Clarity Partners. Prior to Clarity Partners, Mr. Kessler served since 1998 as Chief Financial Officer of Rader Reinfrank & Co., LLC. From 1990 to 1998, Mr. Kessler practiced corporate tax law and law practice management at the firm of Alschuler Grossman & Pines, LLP, where he also served as Executive Director. From 1985 until 1990, Mr. Kessler practiced law at the firm of Rader and Kessler. From 1982 to 1985, Mr. Kessler left his private law and accountancy practices to serve as CFO and General Counsel for Lamborghini of North America, where he was instrumental in reintroducing the company to the American market.

Education
Mr. Kessler received his M.B.A. and J.D. degrees from University of Southern California Graduate Schools of Business and Law in 1977, and graduated with dual undergraduate majors in Business Administration and Theology from Ambassador College in Pasadena, California. Mr. Kessler is a Certified Public Accountant and an active member of the California State Bar.
